His career has taken him from Charleston to New York City, New Orleans, Dallas, and back to Charleston. The dozens of award-winning hotel projects that he has guided succeed because of a focus on creating authentic identities that inform the design and the service model to create guest experiences that feel authentic and are memorable. Larry’s development experience includes single assets as well as a master-planned community, the $500MM mixed-use Village of Dallas project for Lincoln Property Company that he participated in planning 2015-2017 and then led completion and opening preparations in 2018 and 2019.
